Project Overview New Facilities Renovations or Improvements

This project will be part of the Training Center and provide an area for newly hired recruits and career firefighters to gain knowledge and confidence in a multi-level structure simulating different floors of a building. The exterior of the tower will simulate high rise buildings to practice setting up ladder trucks to fight fires and rescue victims. The t​ower will be equipped with a stairwell for Fire and Police to train in maneuvering within confined areas and uneven surfaces.

The project was completed on May 8, 2024 with a total capital budget of $348,022.70.
