Consolidated Plan
The Consolidated Plan is a comprehensive five-year planning document that outlines how the City of Auburn will utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The City's Consolidated Plan sets broad strategic goals and defines the priorities and needs as they relate to housing and community development. The Consolidated Plan is required to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a condition of receiving CDBG funding.

Annual Action Plan
The Annual Action Plan provides information on the City's use of CDBG funds to address the needs and priorities established in the Consolidated Plan.

Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The CAPER is an evaluation and performance report that the City must submit to HUD at the end of each CDBG fiscal year. The CAPER details the City of Auburn's housing and community development accomplishments, as applicable for each fiscal year.

Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI)
The AI includes analyzing fair housing data, assessing fair housing issues and contributing factors, identifying impediments to fair housing choice in the City and outlining strategies to address the impediments identified.
