Citizens may report street light outages in one of four ways:

  1. Depending on your service provider, directly contact:
    1. Alabama Power: report online or call 1-800-245-2244 (24 hours, 7 days per week)
    2. Dixie Electric Cooperative: call 1-888-349-4332 (24 hours, 7 days per week)
    3. Tallapoosa River Electric Cooperative: call 1-800-332-8732
  2. Report it using the Auburn FixIt app
  3. Email the [email protected]
  4. Call Engineering Services at (334) 501-7390

Please Note: In order to have your street light repaired in a timely manner, please include a physical address of the location of the street light. Ex. 161 North Ross Street
