Celebrate Independence Day with the entire Auburn Community on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
Gates open at 5 p.m.

Come view the best firework display in the area! Enjoy delicious food and treats for sale while listening to awesome live music from a band and D.J. OZZ. There will be FREE giveaways from the Auburn Parks and Recreation Department, as well as fun activities like bounce houses and face painting.

Firework Display

The fireworks will start around 9 p.m., or a little later depending on how dark it gets. If the weather is bad, the show will happen on Sunday, July 5. Fireworks can be viewed as far as the Auburn Mall parking lot and from homes in the surrounding area. The fireworks will be set off in a centrally located area.

Parking

Families are encouraged to park at one of the following locations:

  • Duck Samford Stadium, 1840 East Glenn Avenue
  • Duck Samford Fields 8-10 and Bo Cavin Baseball fields, 333 Airport Rd

*Duck Samford Baseball Fields 1-3 and parking lot (1729 East University Drive) will be closed to the public in order to accommodate the firework launch site.
