Rent and Reserve

City of Auburn Parks and Recreation facilities and parks are available to the public for rental. Rental fees may vary depending on the amount of space, equipment, and type of facility needed. All rental requests must be made online. Please note that all rental requests are subject to review. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of the rental.

Rental Information:

• Reservations cannot be made for more than one month at a time. Reservations for multiple months submitted by different representatives of the organization are not allowed.
• Facility and park reservations may be secured up to twelve months in advance and must be finalized no less than one week prior to the scheduled event date.
• A security deposit is required for indoor facility rentals and will be refunded upon verification that the facility has been returned to its original condition. This is not a booking deposit.
• For park reservations, only one group will be booked per day.
• The rental period must encompass both set-up and breakdown time.
• Each facility, space, or park may have more detailed guidelines.
