Gentle Motion

A relaxing, low-key class for adults 50+ to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and reduce stiffness. Guided movement and stretching support everyday activities like standing up, reaching, and walking with ease. Led by a certified personal trainer, each session emphasizes proper technique and a supportive environment. Wear comfortable and well-fitting athletic shoes. FREE.

I've Fallen and I CAN Get Up

Afraid of falling and not getting back up? Avoid sitting on the floor? If so, this class is for you! Strengthen muscles and learn techniques to get down and back up. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow you to move freely. Led by a certified personal trainer. FREE.

All-in Fitness 90

A complete 90 minute class led by a certified personal trainer. Each session includes warm-up, strength training, cardio intervals, and stretching. If you're not ready for 90 minutes yet, build up by participating regularly. Bring water and mat for floor work; light hand-weights are provided. Space is limited, so please register only in you can attend consistently. FREE.
